In Uganda, 1 in 4 girls drops out of school before completing primary education, and 34% become mothers before age 18.
We empower out-of-school youth to turn ideas into income. We identify school dropouts with little or no formal skills, deliver a customized skilling + innovation program, and provide seed funding, mentorship and market linkages to help them launch sustainable micro‑enterprises.
We enable young people who left school to build practical skills, design market-driven solutions to their economic challenges, and start viable businesses. Our approach is hands-on, inclusive, and adapted to low-literacy learners. We partner with communities, local businesses and mentors to create real pathways to income and independence.
