At the Women Reliance Foundation, we believe that every child deserves the opportunity to stay in school, discover their purpose, and build a bright future.
Many children drop out of school not because they lack ability, but because they face personal struggles related to identity, sexuality, peer pressure, and life direction. When these issues are not addressed, young people can make choices that interrupt their education and limit their future opportunities.
Our Keep In School Program is designed to increase school retention by equipping learners with the knowledge, values, and guidance they need to make wise decisions and remain focused on their education.
What We Do
Through partnerships with schools, we deliver structured mentorship sessions that help learners understand:
Personal Identity – helping students understand their value, self-worth, and unique potential.
Purpose and Vision for Life – guiding students to discover their dreams and see education as the pathway to achieving them.
Healthy Sexuality and Responsible Choices – equipping young people with knowledge and values to make safe and responsible decisions.
Character and Life Skills – strengthening confidence, discipline, and resilience so students can overcome challenges.

Our Approach
Our program uses a Christian values-based resource developed by Real Talk Australia, which provides practical and age-appropriate guidance on identity, sexuality, and life purpose.
Through interactive school sessions, discussions, and mentorship, we support schools in creating an environment where students can build strong moral foundations, develop healthy self-understanding, and remain committed to their education.
By helping students understand who they are, why they matter, and where they are going, we empower them to stay focused on their education and build a future that benefits their families and communities.
