How We Work

We use an Integrated household empowerment model

Integrated empowerment

At Women Reliance Foundation, we use an integrated household empowerment model where we empower women to save for school fees, grow their enterprises, support children to stay in school and also equip the school dropouts with skills that they can use to innovate ideas that solve their economic problems.

women economic empowerment

We empower women to save for school fees, growth of their enterprise through their school community reliance banks( SCREBA) a village saving group which is empowered through capacity building  to save to educate their children.

Keep in school program

Using the resource from REAL TALK AUSTRALIA, We walk alongside children  in school  throughout their education journey.
Through mentorship, empowerment workshops, and spiritual guidance, we help teenagers in school to build resilience and confidence to stay in school and resist pressures like early marriage, abuse, and negative peer influence.

skills for school drop out

Education is a powerful tool for breaking generational poverty.
We  empower school dropouts  from underprivileged families   with access to a skill that they can use to innovate ideas they can use to solve their economic problems, this program also identifies brilliant students and gives them a second chance to  go back to school and reclaim their dreams and build a brighter future
