Founder & CEO
As the visionary behind Women Reliance Foundation, Stella leads the organization’s strategy, operations, project management, and public relations with deep passion and purpose. A trained social worker with a certificate in Child Policy and Protection, she is committed to empowering women and advancing family sustainability in rural communities.
Co-Founder, Finance & Admin
As a co-founder, Patrick oversees the finance, human resources and administration. Passionate about economic empowerment, he supports youth and women in entrepreneurship — helping them turn ideas into sustainable ventures. Outside the Foundation, he shares Uganda’s beauty and heritage as a part-time tour guide, connecting visitors with the heart of the community.

Programs Manager
Gloria supports Women Reliance Foundation in shaping and strengthening our impact through strategic planning, program design, and monitoring and evaluation. She holds a Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and brings extensive experience in project monitoring and evaluation, ensuring that our programs remain effective, accountable, and aligned with our mission. Her insights help us measure what matters and continuously improve the lives we touch.
Office Admin & Field Officer
Christine plays a key role in ensuring the smooth day-to-day operations of Women Reliance Foundation while managing strong relationships with our beneficiaries on the ground. She holds a Diploma in Business Administration and brings a blend of administrative expertise and community engagement skills. Her dedication to serving girls and women with compassion and efficiency makes her an essential link between the office and the field.
